Calculate your DI needs

Using the DI calculator and comparing your results with the 8,700kJ 'average adult diet', you can quickly work out your daily intake needs and whether you need more 'energy in' or 'energy out'.

You can also see whether you need to increase or decrease your daily intake of other nutrients such as carbohydrates, protein, fat and sodium (salt). These nutrients are often listed alongside the Energy Daily Intake thumbnail on food products, so you'll be able to make a more informed decision when buying a product.
